You will receive an email or text message to verify all of the custom aspects of the the product, a delay in responding will be a delay in your order being processed and created.
Chic Calla Boutique needs to be notified of any major defects (i.e. cracks, missing pieces etc) within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
All custom dominoes are MADE TO ORDER and have a 2 week (14 day) turn around from the day your payment has been received before they are mailed or delivered.
Please verify the shipping address, if the package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
CHIC CALLA BOUTIQUE and PARKS 3D PRINTS are not responsible to any incorrect instructions provided during the order process (i.e. misspellings, colors, incorrect proof versions etc.)

Do not leave dominoes in extreme temperatures (hot/cold)
Dominoes are made of epoxy resin a hard glass like material. Just like glass dropping/slamming on any hard surface may cause them to crack or break.
Your dominoes are a handcrafted item that may have slight flaws or imperfections, which makes them one of a kind.
